Payment of Fees
Customer is to be billed in advance by dino-fixed.com for the subscription offered. Before the subscription is available for use, customer must accept the terms of business as presented. All plan levels are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us, however, dino-fixed.com does not offer refunds for any payments already made, unless you have used our services for 30 days and you can prove that after this 30 days using Martingale system you didn’t get profits. Your access to the Service will be deactivated without notice for failure to pay any amount due within one (1) calendar days of the due date.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing dino.fixed@gmail.com
Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the dino-fixed.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, dino-fixed.com may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.
